The chemicals had little odor. He prepared the surface, washing and sanding extensively. He applied 2 coats of stain for a beautiful finish. There was a limited area on the base of the deck and the legs of benches which was painted. I originally thought this area did not need repainting. When the deck was finished it was clear it needed repainting. Advance painting agreed to return to the job to paint this area. The crew appeared each day as promised and cleaned up thoroughly each day. His price was competitive. Contact with everyone at advance painting was a pleasure.
